Delivery Method

The certificate is obtained from the person:
- On site in the administrative unit of the register of qualified persons in GCCA;
- By courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant. |

Ordinary service - 8.00 BGN

Execution Period
|
Up to 7 days. The term for performance of the service starts running from the date of payment of the due state fee.The period for the performance of the services shall commence on the day following the day on which the application is registered and shall expire at the end of the last working day of the period. Where the period expires on a non-working day, the period shall expire on the following working day.

The eligible person submits an application:
- On site in the administrative unit of the register of eligible persons - Sofia, 1 Musala Str. (GCCA building, official entrance);
- Through a courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant.
- Electronically through the web portal for online services KAIS;
- On the e-mail of the Register of Legal Entities -pravosposobnost@cadastre.bg. The application is signed with QES;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS). |

Workflow
|
The expert in charge of the register of persons entitled to perform cadastral activities shall check the legal capacity of the person in the electronic register, register the application and prepare the certificate. |
