Price

The price forms as a sum of the prices for services K11 and K12.
Per single property unit in non-urbanized area:
Up to 50 property units – a flat rate of 3.50 BGN + 0.56 BGN per contour;
From 51 to 200 property units – a flat rate of 28.00 BGN + 0.42 BGN per each contour above the 50 property units’ threshold;
From 201 to 500 property units – a flat rate of 91.00 BGN + 0.35 BGN per each contour above the 200 property units’ threshold;
From 501 to 1,000 property units – a flat rate of 196.00 BGN + 0.28 BGN per each contour above the 500 property units’ threshold;
Above 1,000 property units - a flat rate of 336.00 BGN + 0.21 BGN per each contour above the 1,000 property units’ threshold.
Price of the accompanying reference excerpt from the cadastral register of immovable properties - 0.35 BGN per property unit in a non-urbanized area. Minimum price of the excerpt – 3.50 BGN.
For urbanized areas:
The price increases depending on the settlement as it follows:
1. Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and settlement formations of national importance – 5 times the above-indicated prices;
2. Provincial centers (excluding the above 3 cities) – 4 times the above-indicated prices;
3. Towns (excluding the above-described provincial centers) – 3 times the above-indicated prices;
4. Villages and settlement formations of local importance – 2 times the above-indicated prices.
Price of the accompanying reference excerpt from the cadastral register of immovable properties - 0.56 BGN per property unit in an urbanized area. Minimum price of the reference excerpt – 3.50 BGN.

The excerpt is for selected property units. Graphic data are provided in CAD 4 digital format. The minimum payable fee is 3.50 BGN. In case the submitted order is for cadastral parcel(s), all contiguous buildings and self-contained property objects in a building (i.e., individual dwellings in a building) will be illustrated. In case the submitted order is for (a) building(s), all self-contained property objects in a building will be illustrated. In case the submitted order is of combined type, only contours of the ordered land properties and buildings will be illustrated. |
