Per single property unit in a non-urbanized area:
Up to 50 property units – a flat rate of 3.50 BGN + 0.56 BGN per each contour;
From 51 to 200 property units – a flat rate of 28.00 BGN + 0.42 BGN per each contour above the 50 property units’ threshold;
From 201 to 500 property units – a flat rate of 91.00 BGN + 0.35 BGN per each contour above the 200 property units’ threshold;
From 501 to 1,000 property units – a flat rate of 196.00 BGN + 0.28 BGN per each contour above the 500 property units’ threshold;
Above 1,000 property units - a flat rate of 336.00 BGN + 0.21 BGN per each contour above the 1,000 property units’ threshold.
For urbanized areas:
The price increases depending on the settlement as it follows:
1. Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and settlement formations of national importance – 5 times the above-indicated prices;
2. Provincial centers (excluding the above 3 cities) – 4 times the above-indicated prices;
3. Towns (excluding the above-described provincial centers) – 3 times the above-indicated prices;
4. Villages and settlement formations of local importance – 2 times the above-indicated prices.

The sample is for selected properties in CAD format. If only a property is requested in an order, all adjacent buildings and detached sites will be provided. If a building is ordered, only the building outline and adjacent detached sites will be provided. In a combined order, only the outlines of the ordered objects will be provided.
The Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency shall provide a copy of the cadastral map or part thereof for urban areas in digital form (CAD format). Property data shall not include ownership data. |
