Mandatory documents Application. The application must indicate the number of the gravimetric point. The application must also indicate the form (in digital form and / or on paper) and the desired way of providing the service.
Delivery Method - On site in the administrative unit of the Geocard Fund; - Electronically via e-mail geokartfond@cadastre.bg or through the online application form; - Through the Cadastral-administrative information system KAIS; - Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant; - Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).
Price A fixed fee of BGN 5 is paid for the service. To the point. In case the service is requested and received only electronically, the fee is reduced by 30%. The service fee is prepaid.
Execution Period Up to 14 days from the date of payment of the due fee.The period for the performance of the services shall commence on the day following the day on which the application is registered and shall expire at the end of the last working day of the period. Where the period expires on a non-working day, the period shall expire on the following working day.
Note The service is provided: - In digital form (PDF format); - Paper document. The service is received in the way requested by the user: - On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund; - Electronically; - Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant.
Workflow The applicant shall receive an excerpt from the catalogs of the reference gravimetric points containing the following data: number, name and geographical coordinates of the reference gravimetric point, description of its location, altitude in the Baltic Altitude System, value of ground acceleration in gravimetric systems IGSN-1971 and Potsdam, relief correction, year of point determination; information on whether the point is included in the NEGP, data on the status of the point, if available.
