Application.
Special requirements for the content of the application - it is obligatory to indicate the nomenclature on the map sheet and / or the name of the settlement, as well as the form of submission (only in digital form and / or on paper).
The desired way of providing the service must be indicated. |

Delivery Method
|
- On site in the administrative unit of the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically via e-mail geokartfond@cadastre.bg or through the online application form;
- Through the Cadastral-administrative information system KAIS;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS). |

Price
|
A fixed fee of BGN 25 is paid for the service.
The fee is on a card sheet in digital form (TIF format).
In case the service is requested and received only electronically, the fee is reduced by 30%.
When providing the card sheet on paper, the fee is BGN 30.00 per card sheet.
The service fee is prepaid. |

Up to 14 days from the date of payment of the due fee |

Note
|
The service is provided:
- In digital form -TIF format, resolution 300 dpi;
- Printed on paper scanned map sheet from the ground balance and certified.
The service is received in the way requested by the user:
- On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant. |

Workflow
|
The applicant receives a file certified with an electronic signature, containing a scanned map sheet of the Land Balance 1956 or 1968. If requested and / or on paper - the applicant receives a printed on paper scanned map sheet of the Land Balance 1956 or 1968. |
