Price
|
Ordinary service – 50.00 BGN; fast service – 100.00 BGN
The following fees are payable for the service:
1. For ordinary service, document received on paper – 50.00 BGN per new item of the cadastre (when the project for modification contains up to 50 items; when the project contains more than 50 items, the fee is 50 BGN per item + 50% discount applicable to each item above the threshold of 50 items);
2. For ordinary service, document received electronically – 35.00 BGN per new item of the cadastre (when the project for modification contains up to 50 items; when the project contains more than 50 items, the fee is 35 BGN per item + 50% discount applicable to each item above the threshold of 50 items);
3. Fast service – all fees subject to the above items 1 and 2 are increased by 100%.
In case the service is requested and received electronically (i.e., applied for with a qualified electronic signature), the fee is reduced by 30%.

Execution Period
|
Ordinary service – 10 working days; fast service – 5 working days.The period for the performance of the services shall commence on the day following the day on which the application is registered and shall expire at the end of the last working day of the period. Where the period expires on a non-working day, the period shall expire on the following working day. |

For the performed control and verification of: the digital data with control software for compliance with the regulatory requirements and the output data obtained from the GCCO; a certificate for approval or rejection is issued on the basis of the submitted documents and / or data for compliance with the statutory and legal grounds for the requested modification of the cadastral map.
The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of acceptance of the project, except in the case of submission of data for litigation or administrative proceedings before another administrative body.
This service may be requested and received by any interested party, regardless of whether the party is contractor of the project for modification.

Workflow
|
The service may be applied for through CAIS-Portal of GCCA only (registration in the portal is required)! If the general and specific requirements for the content of the application are met and accompanied by the necessary documents, the request is registered in the records-keeping system. The Head of the GCCO resolves the application for service implementation and submits it to the officer who will conduct the service.
In cases of flaws in the application, the administrative body notifies in written the applicant, with further instructions on resolving the deficiencies in a 14-day period (Art. 19, Para 2 of Ordinance No RD-02-20-4/October 11, 2016 for Provision of services from the cadastral map and the cadastral registers).
When submitting an application that provides new data and documents required to eliminate any deficiencies identified, no fees are charged again. Exceptions are cases in which incorrectly calculated state fees indicated as a deficiency and therefore a relevant surcharge is due by the applicant.
The certificate is received in the following ways:
As an electronic document – uploaded into the registered user’s profile in CAIS-Portal;
On paper - on site at a GCCO of the applicant’s choice or, by a courier service to an address indicated by the applicant.
