Delivery Method
|
The eligible person submits an application:
- On site in the administrative unit of the register of eligible persons - Sofia, 1 Musala Str. (AGCC building, official entrance);
- Through a courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant;
- Electronically through the web portal for online services KAIS-ou must have a registration in the Cadastral - Administrative Information System (KAIS) and a qualified electronic signature (QES);
- On the e-mail of the Register of Legal Entities -pravosposobnost@cadastre.bg. The application is signed with QES;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS). |

|
Ordinary service – 12.00 BGN. The service fee is prepaid. |

Execution Period
|
According to the term of the procedure for production and delivery.The period for the performance of the services shall commence on the day following the day on which the application is registered and shall expire at the end of the last working day of the period. Where the period expires on a non-working day, the period shall expire on the following working day. |

Note
|
The eligibility card is handed over personally to the person in the administrative unit of the register of eligible persons in AGCC or through a courier service at the expense of the applicant. |

Workflow
|
The expert responsible for the register of the persons entitled to perform activities under the cadastre shall check the legal capacity of the person in the electronic register and shall register the application. After preparing the card, the expert notifies the qualified person by e-mail or telephone to appear for receipt. |
