Delivery Method The eligible person submits an application: - On site in the administrative unit of the register of eligible persons - Sofia, 1 Musala Str. (AGCC building, official entrance); - Through a courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant; - Electronically through the web portal for online services KAIS-ou must have a registration in the Cadastral - Administrative Information System (KAIS) and a qualified electronic signature (QES); - To the e-mail of the Register of Legal Entities - pravosposobnost@cadastre.bg. The application is signed with QES; - Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).
Price Ordinary service - 12.00 BGN. The service fee is prepaid. The term for performance of the service starts running from the date of payment of the due state fee.
Execution Period Up to 7 days
Note The duplicate of the certificate is received by the qualified person: - On site in the administrative unit of the register of qualified persons in GCCA; - By courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant.
Workflow The qualified individual/legal entity applies on site at the GCCA by submitting an application compliant to the approved example. The application shall be accompanied by a document for paid state fees. The appointed GCCA expert checks in the electronic register whether all formal conditions are fulfilled by the applicant. If the result of the executed check is positive, the application gets registered in the records-keeping system. The license duplicate is subsequently compiled and printed on a uniform template. When the documents are ready, the applicant is notified by the GCCA expert in charge, by e-mail or by a telephone call, about the date and time of the license handover.
