Delivery Method
|
An application form shall be submitted:
- On site in the administrative unit of the register of eligible persons - Sofia, 1 Musala Str. (GCCA building, official entrance);
- Through a courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant;
- Electronically through the web portal for online services KAIS-you must have a registration in the Cadastral - Administrative Information System (KAIS) and a qualified electronic signature (QES);
- On the e-mail of the Register of Legal Entities -pravosposobnost@cadastre.bg. The application is signed with QES;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS). |

Ordinary service - 5.00 BGN.The service fee is prepaid

Execution Period
|
Up to 7 days.The period for the performance of the services shall commence on the day following the day on which the application is registered and shall expire at the end of the last working day of the period. Where the period expires on a non-working day, the period shall expire on the following working day.

The report can be issued as:
- Paper document;
- Electronic document in PDF format.
The report can be obtained:
- On site at GCCA;
- Electronically;
- Through a courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant. |

Workflow
|
The qualified individual/representative of the legal entity applies on site at the GCCA or online through the Cadastral Administrative Information System (CAIS) Portal of GCCA, by submitting an application compliant to the approved example. The application shall be accompanied by a document for paid state fees. When the excerpt is ready, the applicant is notified by the GCCA expert in charge, by e-mail or by a telephone call, about the date and time of the excerpt handover. |
